Good girls: Wanna do it right? Hand wash with delicate detergent or lingerie wash for a few minutes, rinse thoroughly, press against a towel to remove excess water and hang to dry. This will make your lingerie last longer.
  Bad girls: The next best option is to machine wash on cold or gentle cycle, but beware that this might affect the longevity of your lingerie. Use a lingerie bag for best results. Â
Whatever you do, do not tumble dry. Heat from the dryer breaks down the elastic and spandex, making them fall apart sooner.

- Life is complicated. Returns shouldn’t be. That’s why we are offering 90-day returns.
- Although we inspect and disinfect all returned merch, we ask that knickers are tried on over your own underwear.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse item(s) returned if these conditions aren’t met.
- We are unable to refund the cost of postage unless your product is faulty.
